The attention and service that is provided at Bayview Canine Lodge by Kerry (and Ross) is nothing but exceptional. Going away on holidays I feel so comfortable with leaving Honey & Felix knowing that they will be loved and cared for as if he were their own dogs. The individual attention given to each dog while I have been there either collecting or picking up just shows me how much love is shown towards the dogs and their care. I have no hesitation in telling people about Bayview Canine Lodge and highly recommend them whenever the conversation arises. We have always used Bayview for our dogs when we go out of town and have always found them to be wonderful and caring with our pets. In late July we experienced a family crisis and needed somewhere for our dogs to stay until we sorted out our personal circumstances. We showed up unannounced, without a booking and after closing time with our two dogs. Kerry did not hesitate to take our pets straight away. We recently went away for 5 weeks overseas and left Wazza our very special small 4-legged member of our family with Kerry up at Bayview Kennels. Wazza has stayed before with Kerry for shorter times a couple of times before in the dog section and though we hated leaving him for such a longer time we were confident he was in kind, safe and loving hands with Kerry. Upon arriving at Bayview Kennels and Kerry coming out Wazza ran around and then up to Kerry all excited to see her and Kerry all excited to see him. Seeing his reaction and hers reconfirmed to us we were doing the right thing leaving him there with her for such a long time. 5 weeks later we returned to a happy well looked after dog. I would recommend to anyone thinking of having to go away and wanting to leave their special 4-legged member of their family at a place where they will be well looked after and loved, to go up or ring up Kerry at Bayview Kennels. We have boarded our 2 German shepherds (our babies) a number of times at Bayview Canine Lodge. They go above and beyond to make sure our boys are happy, eating (they are quite fussy) and have lots of love and cuddles. We have used various kennels over the years and Bayview Canine Lodge is the only one that my boys are happy to go back to. Our boys are very sooky despite their size, and love to get cuddles. At most other kennels they are kept fed and clean and come back healthy enough but at Bayview Canine Lodge we can tell that they have had cuddles and have a bond with the people there. Our boys are much happier there. Bayview Canine Lodge will always be our first preference.

Harry and Oliver have resided at Bayview on numerous occasions and consider it their 'Holiday house'. They bound out of the car (once it has come to a complete stop) and greet Kerry with enthusiasm every time they visit. The service, quality and care that they receive is second to none and it's comforting to know that they are in great hands and loved while we are away!

Our overly excited boxer has stayed with Kerry and the team at Bayview Canine Lodge regularly over the past year as we were selling our house. So that she didn't destroy the yard before open homes we would place her in the care of Bayview Canine Lodge. It became a regular occurrence for a couple of months every weekend she would look forward to seeing the staff. The facilities were always impeccable, staff were very friendly and accommodating! Our boxer has a sensitive stomach and they were happy to cater to her needs. I can't speak highly enough of Bayview Canine Lodge, its staff (thank you Kerry) and the facilities! I definitely recommend them for your 4-legged family member!

I have left my staffy with Bayview Canine Lodge over the past few years and find Kerry very accommodating and able to customise his stay. Albert has stayed at a few kennels in the region and this is the only one he actually enjoys going back to, so I suppose that says a lot. Even though it may be a little bit out of town (20min) it is a small sacrifice for a peace of mind knowing that your pet is well looked after. Highly recommended.

I don't trust just anyone with my babies, but I know when I leave my dogs in Bayview Canine Lodge, I can go away with peace of mind that my dogs are in the best care.
